United Methodist Men

The Glen Burnie United Methodist Men is a welcoming fellowship of men dedicated to growing as disciples of Jesus Christ through prayer, Bible study, fellowship, service, and mission. Men of all ages are encouraged to deepen their faith, build meaningful friendships, and actively serve the church and community.

From September through May, the men gather on the second Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. for a fellowship breakfast, devotional message, prayer, and spiritual discussion. In addition, many members enjoy a weekly breakfast and fellowship gathering at the IHOP Restaurant in Glen Burnie. Men from both the church and the surrounding community are warmly invited to attend either gathering.

Serving Christ Through Action

The United Methodist Men are actively involved in the life and mission of Glen Burnie United Methodist Church. Members participate in church-wide mission projects, prepare and serve meals for events such as the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper and Spaghetti Dinners, and support fundraising efforts for the church’s youth, women’s ministries, and other outreach programs.

The men also partner with United Methodist Men’s ministries across the District, Conference, Jurisdiction, and National levels, helping strengthen Christian leadership, discipleship, and opportunities for service.
